Training

Training should be a major priority in a companies budget.  Too often installers are self taught or are taught by the installer they work with, who may not have been trained correctly or has not kept up to date with new products and techniques.  I offer one to one training in most aspect of the flooring trade particularly moisture surveying.  

For group training and apprenticeships I recommend using Floorskills.

Having your fitters or potential filters assessed can give you confidence in their abilities and could potentially save you money.
