We gather and store on secure medium, only essential information in order to produce your report.  This information will not be shared including any reports or photos with a third party unless written permission is granted by the client(s).  

Please note, John Roberts will normally use an iPad to take photos and write notes in a book.  Ocasionally a digital voice recorder or iPad will be used whilst carrying out the inspection.  This reduces note taking, and enables him to refresh his memory of any additional information he may ask you at the time of his visit.  Please inform me asap, if you object to this and I will note on your file as it is not our practice to refer or ask permission for this again.
